We found how to get connect string and resovled problem.  However, we still
cannot connect.  WE been told by DBA that we need to get down to WIN API level
and use handles to set up connections, etc.  

Does anybody have any experience with connecting suing VB4 and 16-bit ODBC?  
(For several reasons we have no choice but to use 16-bit ODBC).  i.e. the code
to use? or a refernece to it?
