I recently purchased Microsoft Press' "Mastering Visual Basic 4.0"
CD-ROM.
Unfortunately, when the program attempts to run, I recieve the following
error:

Run-time error `438'

Object doesn't support this property or method

Microsoft has NO support for this product.  There is a tech support
number, but only for the install.  Even though the product doesnt work,
`it installed ok' so its not their problem.  They basically told me to
return it for a refund. I would much rather get it to work.

If you have any ideas, please respond by email. Sorry for any intrusion.
