VB Pro 3.0 and Access Engine?

Hi,

Do I need to have the MS Access 2.0 on my client machine to
enable to use the compatiblity layer for VB pro 3.0?
I have MS Access on my developer's pc, and I installed with
no problem.  But with the client pc I get a message saying
'Jet engine 2.5....needed or something'.
What about ODBC, I thought that is not require to use
the new jet engine?
Thank you for any inforamtion!

No you don't need Access on the client machine but you do need to ensure
that they have the correct DLL's.  Check the readme file that comes with
compatability layer.  Your VB.INI file and SETUPWIZ.INI file needs
updating.

Good Luck
