I have written many application in my day and currently I have two programs
that have saved my {*filter*}a lot of times.  One is a program that will go
through a Visual Basic project and strip out all literal strings and put
them in a resource file.  This makes it easy to change the language of a
program, or other items.  The other is a program that will scan through a
project and search and replace as many strings as you want.  Great for
cleaning up other people code who name everything Text1, since you can make
changes on a form by form base or project base.

I'm looking for some good web sites to post these programs so others can use
them, for a small fee of course.  If anyone knows of some good web sites
then let me know.
