Using the data environment designer, you can simply drag a command object on
to a form to have a grid or bound controls and statements such as
"dataenvironment1.rscommand1.moveprevious" or
"dataenvironment1.rscommand1.movelast" work fine. But
"dataenvironment1.rscommand1.delete" does not.  What do i need to do the get
this functionality? Thanks in advance

You need to set the properties in the Command1 Advanced tab to
Optimistic from Read Only.. Henry
