Displaying from 'joined' tables

 Displaying from 'joined' tables

Apologies if this is very simple - but I don't do this for a living and am
not vastly experienced in VB.

I have an app using three tables in a database (a many<-->many relationship
between two tables really).  Table one (Groups) holds info on groups of
people, table 2 (People) holds info about each person.  People can belong
to more than 1 group, hence table 3 holds records containing group ID's and
people ID's:

 __________                      __________
__________
|   GROUPS  |                    |    'JOIN'     |                      |
PEOPLE   |
|------------------|                    |-----------------|
      |------------------|
|   GroupID   | - - - - - - - - -> |   GroupID  |         /- - - - - - |
PersonID   |
|   Name       |                    |   PersonID | < - - -/             |
Name        |
|   Type        |                    |__________|                       |
Address    |
|    (etc.)      |
    |    (etc.)      |
|__________|
|__________|

I want to display on a form the NAME of each person in a given group
(currently using labels as bound controls).  SELECTing on table 3 WHERE
groupID = 1 (ie) gives me the correct PersonID in each label.  What must I
now do to display the NAMES of the people?

I am using VB 3.0 (standard) and Windows 3.1
Many thanks in advance for assistance.
