I converted an app that was in 3.0 to 4.0.  No problem!  It runs
fine on my Win95/VB 4.0 machine.  When I try to run it on a WFW
3.1.1 with VB 3.0 installed it gives me
Runtime 424 Object required.  It is compiled so I cannot trace
it.  We also manually copied the files over and put them all
in the App dir.  

Any help would be greatly appreciated.....
