    I'm new to this newsgroup....
didn't know there were many other BASIC programmers out there!
Anyway, I have powerbasic and I decided to write a program called
DFR (Datafile Reader) v1.0.
Don't worry, this isn't a pitch. Well, not really. This program I've
written is public domain,
and it will read specially-formatted datafiles and run the command
strings
it finds in them.
I just wrote a new tool called DFW (Datafile Writer) that will make the
process
of writing these datafiles automated.
The basic structure (well the structure is nothing but BAsiC!) is:
#!commands!#
It's kind of nifty -- I used a few s$ = REMOVE$() etc etc functions,
and stuff like that. Hey, I'm only 14!
Well, anyway, just wanted to let you people know about it.
