Does anyone have a code on how to make a floating Thin Toolbar for VB4. I
have seen the sample that came with the VB4 Professional Developer's CD
but on that sample, you click on the title bar before you can drag it
around. Its not a true floating toolbar.

The one Im referring to is where you hold down the left mouse button over
the title bar and drag it around. Release the mouse button to put the
window to the new mouse location.

Any help is appreciated..
