Playing Midi files from QB 4.5
I don't have those, I did at one time though. They were on a disk
that came with the book "Sound Blaster: The Official Book". Written by
Richard Heimlich with David M. Golden, Ivan Luk and Peter M. Ridge.
There's a whole chapter in it on programming the Sound Blaster, all
the technical info.
