Does it mean that OmniBasic cannot work without it?

My first attempt was not successful, as I'v got error message
"Cannot exec go32" for my prog and any of yours "*.b". What does it mean?
My "hello" programme:

*------------------------------------------------------
print "Hi, Michael L. Smith from Computer Design Lab !"
*------------------------------------------------------

( My computer = IBM 466DX2, DOS 6.2 )

Any comments ?
