QuickBASIC 4.5 and File Transfer SubProgram

Does anybody know where I can get a subprogram that will allow me to
do a file transfer in QuickBASIC 4.5?  I would prefer ZMODEM or
XMODEM, however, info on other protocols would be welcome as well.

Ultimately, I would like to pass the subprogram a filename, let the
file transfer, and be able to read a flag about its success or
failure.
