I'm looking for a QB 4.5 lib that well inable me to use modems with non
standard irq's and that would be suitable for makeing BBS software/door

Look for a lobrary called QBSER.  The last version I got and used was 3.25
or something like that.  I beleive it allows the use of non standard irq.
I've written many a door util with that lib.
