Binary posts on c.l.b.m?(no real binary newsgroup for it)

I was just thinking about that - and was wondering if there was an 'official'
qbasic source site or somesort where we could post stuff without getting
anybody who pays for thier news upset. I wouldent mind seeying a
C.l.b.binary or something like that either pop up. :)
I think if they are small - it shouldent be a problem. Else probably
shipping it to oak.oakland.edu (?) or something simular would be in order.
