a book by its cover.

It would be just as wrong were I to assume that  that white men can't jump

to be unsolicited, and it has to be for the benefit of the sender.
Ergo this is spam.

No it wouldn't those are based in bigotry, saying something is spam
because it is unsolicited, and commercial is to use the term properly.
