Copyright question:

I know there are tons of places to download both GWBasic and BASICA on
the net, but what are the license/copyright status of them?  I really
love writing programs in them; but do I need to go to ebay and get a
copy of Dos 5.0 or something to legal have a copy of them?  GWBasic is
Microsoft, and I think BASICA was IBM(?).

Anyway, I want to be clear and legal.  If neither is legal, what's a
good clone?

QBasic is on some Windows CD's in the oldtools folder.
