Smallest basic interpreter, where?

 Smallest basic interpreter, where?

A couple of weeks ago someone posted an article listing different
basic interpreters available for Unix.  One of them was listed as the
smallest basic interpreter ever, only 25 lines of C code.  Can someone
tell me where to get that, as I've lost the original copy of the
message.  Thank you.
