I've found examples of how to use the RASAPI32 dll to control and monitor a
remote access connection.  But now I'm looking to do the same thing in
Windows 3.11, I've  noticed that there is a RASAPI16.dll that exists on my
computer, but I have not been able to find any information about any
functions contained within this DLL.  Any suggestions on how to do this
would be greatly appreciated.
