Bonjour  Dreamer
I gather that you don't have access to IBM Mainframe or is forbidden to do
it on the machine. So, try to get hold of a copy of Bill Qualls: Mainframe
Assembler Programming, New York: Wiley and Sons, 1998.

This book comes also with a floppy disk containing all exercises and and
compiler that let you learn to program on your MS-DOS based PC. An IBM PS/1
or 486 comptible PC with DOS will do.

Good luck
