Interacting with the Outlook built in web browser

Does anyone have any VBA code examples that show how you can
programmatically interact with the Outlook build in web browser.

I would like the code to:
1.  Open up Outlook if not already open.
2.  Pass a desired URL to the outlook built in web browser.
3.  Navigate to the URL via Outlook web browser.

I have seen tons of good Outlook VBA examples on related news groups but
none have anything to do with utilizing the Outlook web browser.

Thank you in advance.
Matt.
