When you have a command button you can attach a bitmap.  I click ... and
there is a decent list to choose from, but I want more.  I was looking
for a source for move bitmaps.  Particularly I am looking bitmaps
representing pie charts, but I am sure I could find uses for others.  

1. Where can I find more bitmaps?
2. Once I find the files, where do I put them so they will come up when
I hit ... under bitmaps for a control button?
3. Are there any free and decent bitmap editors so I could make my own?
4. If making my own bitmaps, what are the guidelines for these bitmaps
(i.e. pixels x pixels x colors)?
