One workaround (though the manager might not like it) is to set the email
addresses of all of those resources to be the email address of the manager.
That way the manager will get all the mails. One mail per resource.
Go to resource sheet. Make sure the email address field is displayed. If it
is not displayed, right click on the column header and insert that column.
Edit the field accordingly.
