Hello,

I am the "project coordinator" for all of our company
projects.  Each week I send update requests to Project
Managers for current tasks.  I currently cut and past a
lot of data to accomplish this.  I would like to start
using  WorkGroup for this- it will save me a ton of time
if I can get it work.  

Problem: When I try to use WorkGroup, it wants to send my
Status Request to all the resources allocated to the tasks
that require an update (project managers, DBA's,programers
etc).  I  cannot edit the field to send only to the
manager.  Is there a Macro out there that will allow me to
send the request to one person only- or will allow me to
edit the "email to" field?  (I'm using Proj 2000)

One workaround (though the manager might not like it) is to set the email
addresses of all of those resources to be the email address of the manager.
That way the manager will get all the mails. One mail per resource.

Go to resource sheet. Make sure the email address field is displayed. If it
is not displayed, right click on the column header and insert that column.
Edit the field accordingly.
