Copy Import/Export Specifications
Import any object (Table, Query, Form etc.) from the
database that contains the Import Specs. To do this
click on File, Get External Data, Import. After choosing
the database that contains the Import Specs, click the
Options button and check "Import/Export Specs". Be sure
that the database that you are importing into does not
have any import specs of the same name because they will
not be overwritten or even renamed like when importing
other objects.
