I am familiar with Visual Basic (5.0) as well as straight C programming for
Windows (Petzold trained via the books).  However, I have a silly question
and didn't know where to ask.

I have been asked by a local ISP to create a program that will automatically
create an Outlook Express account.  I.e. having the user enter the username
and password, and letting my program take care of the rest.  I have never
used Visual Basic to interact with any other pre-built product(s), and don't
even know where to start.  Could anyone point me in the right direction,
tell me where to find the commands/objects that would apply, or tell me if
this is even possible??  I would also like to make a front-end for the
program that would create a dial-up account prior to the mail account.  Is
this possible?  Where would I find the valid commands/control names?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
