This is very familliar.
This happens when you install VB or OFFICE before installing ACCESS.
You should uninstall VB, OFFICE and ACCESS and then install again, ACCESS
first.

You should also try to compact and repair your databases.

If someone has other suggestions, I'll be happy to hear (or e-mailed),
because after doing the above
I still get the "Invalid page fault" message from time to time.

MSACCESS caused an invalid page fault

I GET THE FOLLOWING WHEN TRYING TO OPEN ANY
TABLE IN ACCESS:

MSACCESS caused an invalid page fault in
module MSACCESS.EXE at 0137:5005bd06.

DOES ANYONE HAVE  A SOLUTION?

Ross,

assuming you are using Access 7.0:

1)  Upgrade to Access 7.0 - $5.00 from Microsoft.

2)  Upgrade to the latest VBA232.dll - the latest version may be an earlier
date than the one you are using.  confusing byt true - check the version
numbers.  Newest one is one MS web site.

3)   Rename the mdb and try it again - for some reason this seems to
temporarily cure the problem.  More permanently, you may need to export all
the database ojects to a new mdb.

4)  If you are running on NT 4.0, install the 3 new dlls in msjtwng.exe
from MS - also on their web site.

This is a common problem in Access 95 - MS should be ashamed for not fixing
it - the official line is to wait for Access 97.

good luck,

Harley Arnett
