I have some thougt.... can I write and read data in a workbook without open
it?
I know write# statement but it's difficult to find data in specially cells.
If somebody have a good URL ore sugestion how to solve it, it would be very
grate.

I suppose you want to do this form Excel, or you are in the wrong
newsgroup.
You can import the Excel sheet in Access and read the data from the
table.
