I have a corporate client that isinterestedin recording many phone calls for
50-100 attorneys on a monthly basis.  I was wondering if Outlook and Access
would be the best apps for this type of project?

The client just moved his platform from a combined Banyon/NT  to Windows NT
4.0.

Do you mean record the actual conversation or information about the call?

Information about the call.  Attorneys call these things De Minimis
matters - or matters that do not rise to the level of becoming a legal
matter but things that time was spent on answering legal questions.  So they
like to record the source of the question, amount of time spent, a short
description of the reply, whether a meeting was scheduled, etc.
