Use MAPI to take a text file, build e-mail message and
send out using default mail handler.  Office 2000 & 2002
adds extraneous characters '=' and '=20' to many of the
lines at the recipient's end.  

This does not happen with older versions of Outlook or
Outlook Express.  Any thoughts on what may be causing this
and how to get around the problem?
