Error Accessing File Network may have lost connection

help!!!

ok, I imported a module and form from a training program
to try to use in my database.  Well I thought it wasn't
working so I deleted it (by right clicking on it and
selecting delete) and imported it again.  I got the same
module with a 1 on it.  After repeating it, I am now on
version 4.  But I still see those in the program.
Whenever I try to remove or something, I get "Error
accessing file, Network connection may have been lost"
even though I am not on a network.  Now, anytime I tryo to
run any code, I get those messages. So it basically has
shut down my program. HELP???

ACC2000:Error Message: Error Accessing File. Network Connection May Have
Been Lost (Q304548)
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=304548

The corruption in your mdb cannot be repaired. You will need to use a recent
backup of the mdb. You may be able to import uncorrupted objects from the
damaged mdb into a new mdb and then import the corrupted objects from the
recent backup.

To *prevent* further corruption you should obtain the Office2000 Service
Pack. This issue has been resolved with this SP.  For more information on
SP3 check out the following KB articles:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;326585

*** Note ***   Until you install SP3 you should be sure to compile your
project after you import or copy/paste code into any mdb *before* you close
the mdb. This will also prevent further corruption.
