I am are working on a project which requires me to import/export text files
into/out of an Access based database.  These files need to be transfered on
a daily basis over the internet to/from about six different offices around
the world.  I'm trying to decide what would be the best option for the
transfer utility.  I can build it in VB or Java (though I would prefer VB,
as I have little experience with Java).  The only limitation is that it must
work with Novell and it must be 16 bit.

 If you are using NT server with IIS, you might want to consider ASP.
