can you change conditional compilation constants in c0de?

Is it possible to change the value of conditional compilation constants in
code?
Or is a read-only write-once kinda thing?

thankya.

For the 'global' arguments (i.e. those defined in the Options dialog box
rather than with #Const statements), you can use a line like
  SetOption "Conditional Compilation Arguments", "bDEBUG=0"
the same as you would use to change any other option in code.

This will *not* however affect running code.
