Are you using some reference to others MS Application?

 One workstation cannot open or execute VBA code in Access 97

Yes,  in fact the code which should be executing is intended to detect
broken library references and patch them.

This code works fine on PC's at work and home but not on the clients
machine.  The clients machine cannot open ANY module on that ONE database.
