 Access97/Word97/data exchange HELP!!!

I have a database containing client data in many related tables. The client
has one record in the main table (street, name,...) but none or more
records in other tables.
I want to put these informations in a word document but they shouldnt
appear as a table but as part of the text (sometimes parted by ",").
Putting the data for street,... is simple, but how do i put the multi
records data????

Thanks for any ideas or suggestions

Create a query in Access that contains the data you need.
Perform the merge to Word, from Word using the MailMerge wizard to set it
up.

Otherwise, create a template in word that contains bookmarks where you want
your fields to go.
Each time you send another record, open the template and insert your fields
again.
Copy everything and paste it to the end of the big document you're
creating.
