"Show this address list first"
I believe this is stored in the local registry MAPI profile part and can
only manipulated with Extended MAPI (requires C/C++ or Delphi) but I'm not
sure if Microsoft does have this information documented. Start searching
through MSDN http://msdn.microsoft.com/library might be a good idea.
