Waiting for a shell process to finish in 32 bit environment

Any ideas how to wait for a shelled DOS process to finish using Access 7
and Windows NT? The old method of using GetModuleUsage appears to be no
longer valid in the 32bit environment.

It can be difficult to find out anything about another process in NT
because it keeps processes completely separate from each other.
