We are a small, highly successful software company with a new "killer app"
in development -- it will be an add-in to WinWord.  I am now completing the
proof-in-principle prototype, and there's a lot of work left to be done.
The project is extremely challenging, and can bring big $$$.  HEAVY skills
in VB/VBA/Winword/Win32API and clean code required.  C++ helps.

We are looking for 1 or 2 of the very top people in the VB/VBA/Win32API
arena, on the level of MVPs.  One area of expertise required is an
encyclopedic knowledge of what goes on internally to WinWord.  The other
area requires extensive experience with COM, Windows Messaging, UI and
Task/Thread managment, etc.

Telecommuting is acceptable.  The Win32API-related work could possibly be
done part-time.
