booking a resource then changing the meeting resource

Jen #1 / 1	booking a resource then changing the meeting resource if i create a meeting and invite a resource the location is automatically filled in. After sending the meeting request, I then change the resource mailbox to a different resource. The location field does not change. (the PR_Message_Security_Label does not change in MDBVu32. ) Is this stuff hard coded after the meeting request is sent? Is there a fix? Running Outlook 98 8.5.5104.6
