 Microsoft Access unable to create an MDE database

I am trying to create an MDE with an application that
contains only code.

When I select Make MDE file,  I get the message Microsoft
Access unable to create an MDE database.

Do you know what is wrong here?

Have you verified that the code all compiles without errors?
