Displaying "Outlook Address List" Dialog Form

Using VB, I am wanting to show the Outlook 2000 "Address
Book" to select one to many contacts (i.e. the same as you
would do when selection "To" while composing an email").

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
