 Excel->VBA->Help->Visual Basic Help

OS: Windows NT - Service Pack 4
SW: Excel 2000 SR-1

I recently attempted to use the help for VBA but the
tabs "Answer Wizard" and "Index" in the popup help window
(Excel->VBA->Help->Visual Basic Help) won`t accept any
input. Only the firt tab named "Contents" is functional.

When either of the above two tabs is selected the cursor
turns into a " <-> " (double headed horizontal arrow) and
I can`t input anything or click any buttons.

Any idea whats happenning and how I can fix it?

Thanks.
Amin.
