Form doesn't display properly on user's PC

A form that was created in Word 2000 displays properly on
most systems with Word 2000 - but on one user's system,
also with Word 2000 - the check boxes display as
{FORMCHECKBOX} and the text boxes display as {FORMTEXT}.

Any ideas why this is happening on this particular user's
system? Should he reinstall Word 2000?

Please don't re-install Word!
In Word, select Tools, Options, View, and then make sure that the checkbox
for Form Fields is switched off. All will then be well. Your user may have
accidentally used a keystroke like Alt + F9 to switch this on.

Regards,

Jon
