Most of the books come with samples. See the list of Word
VBA books at
http://www.standards.com/users/kaikow/.
Word, itself, includes sample templates for letters, invoices, etc.
Templates suffer from the NIH (Not Invented Here) disease.
You likely can use one of the samples provided with Word and munge the
format to your liking.
