Populate a combo box on a form

I've built several VBA forms in Access, and it allows you to populate a
combo box with a list of values (the Row Source property).  In Excel I
think it has to refer to a cell range.

I want to do the same in Project.  On my user form, I have a combo box
with only a few choices for Resource Initials (2 now, maybe 4 in the
future).  Can I somehow use text as the row source (if so, what is the
syntax), or can I refer to the collection of resources in the project?
If neither of those, then what?

TIA,

Lou
