 automated navigation between URL's using one instance of IE

I am about to test a web page and was wondering if anyone knew of a way to
automate moving between two URL's in MS Internet Explorer using VBA.

Take a look at the FollowHyperlink method. You may have to play around with
the NewWindow parameter to get the desired effect:

ActiveDocument.FollowHyperlink _
    Address:="http://www.microsoft.com", _
    NewWindow:=True

Hope this helps.
