I'm getting this error after running a module that exports
data into an Excel template.  I've checked that all the
objects have been set to nothing by the end of the routine
and it runs through it all without missing anything out,
but there appears to be code still running somewhere and
when I try to close the form (using docmd.close) I get the
error message "You can't carry out this action at the
present time."  I've tried leaving Excel open and visible
and closing it - it doesn't seem to make a difference.

I've searched Microsoft Support (no information) and on
this forum where there are several mentions of the problem
but I can't see if anyone's solved it.

I've used the same code in Access 97 and it worked fine.  
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
