Need a program to extract email addresses from MS Outlook 2000 folders/messages

I am looking for a program/tool/addin that will allow me to extract
information from within messages inside various MS Outlook 2000
folders contained in my .pst file.

I have approximately 800 folders nested up to 5 subfolders deep that
contain messages that I have sent and received since 1995.

I am looking for a program:
1.  that will allow me to select a folder (and include all
subfolders--similar to the way MS Outlook "Find" command works) from a
tree-type list of all my MS Outlook 2000 folders and
2.  that will read all the messages in those folders and
3.  that will pull out the name, email address, sent/received flag,
subject, and where provided the company name, voice number, (and maybe
even the folder/subfolder/subfolder) for each message
4.  eliminating duplicate email addresses.  (I realize that if I
choose to ignore duplicates that the subject line might be one of
several different subjects but the first one encountered would be
fine.)
5.  I would like to store this contact info in a separate .txt file
(or even better as an excel spreadsheet).

6.  Optionally, I would like to be able to tell the program to ignore
certain email addresses.

Can you help?

Should have also stated that this will probably be a one-time use.
So, I am looking for a free solution.  However, I do not mind spending
$10 - $15 to get something with an easy to use interface.

Thanks again for your help.

Click on "Find," search from top-level folder, include all sub-folders,
search paramters: search all text of message and subject, search definition:

or so... :-)

Um... I have no problem setting this up to run overnight; however, ...

I do not see how this produces a .txt file with the extracted email
addresses.  I understand that it would select all the messages that
