 AutoExec Macro Help!!!!!!

I'm trying to run an Access program I created with
Access2002 but on a machine that has Access2000. The
problem I'm running into is the proggram needs to be run
from the CD since it will be used on many different
computers and HD space is limited. When I run it from the
machine using 2002 it works fine, when I run it from a
machine with 2000 the program hangs at the autoexec
macro. When I go into the program on the CD (Access
initialized) I see that the autoexec macro is blank, when
I copy the program onto the hard drive and open the
program the autoexec macro has the info in it (all this
is with Access 2000. The only thing I can figure out is
with Access 2000 running from the CD since it opens the
program as "Read Only" that must have something to do
with it, Access 2002 also opens as "Read Only" but
doesn't do this, it seems to work fine (the program was
converted to Access 2000 when created). Is there a way
for Access 2000 to automatically open a macro when the
program is initialized. Desperately need help.

Thank you in advance for any insight into a fix.

 AutoExec Macro Help!!!!!!
Joe...

I have an application or two that runs from a cd only.  Drop the autoexec
macro and create a startup form.  If you need to run any code put it behind
the form.  Your life will get much easier.
