.wav (sweet Pentium, talk to me!)

Hey friends,

I hear there's some out there who've worked .wave files in Access97,
Any chance you've sequenced them together? I want to create a table of words
stored in .wave files, and play them under Access 97 in rapid sequence as
phrases.

Basically, I want to play .wave file words or phrases under program Access
97 control
using VBA, ActiveX if neccessary, in the languages of my chioce.  (This is
not for translation, just pronunciation.  -Send foreign word in their text
format and return foreign pronunciation.)

This may seem easy to some of you, but I'm getting frustrated with all the
multimedia hype promising the moon and I,m afraid I'll have to build the
spaceship
and refine my own fuel.

Thanks, Curtis

Hi Curtis,

Sorry, this may not address your question directly.  But have you checked
out Microsoft Agent technology??
