        I am going nuts.

        I have a 16 bit application that worked on Windows 3.1 and
Access 2.0, but now that we have upgraded to Win95 and MSOffice 95
(excluding Access 7.0) it does not.  

        I am getting "File not" found even before the SQL Login dialog
box appears.  

        This happens only on some users workstations.  I have noticed
that it occurs when Access 2.0 was installed before the application.  If
the user installed the 16 bit application first then Access it does not
happen.  

        Any ideas????
