 Turning off toolbar options

In Office XP (Access in particular) they have added a new
dropdown option on toolbars called "Toolbar Options".
This allows you to customize the toolbars. Does any one
know how to remove this thing from the end of toolbars?
It would be preferable to do this via code and I am
thinking of using FindControls method to find and
remove/hide it, but I don't know what to look for.
